Practicing yoga is much more than physical exercise—it touches our soul, transforms our perspective, and changes the way we live, from the inside out—gradually. That’s how it happened for us, and we believe this is an ongoing journey of self-discovery and expanding consciousness, one that is worth every minute devoted to it. Encouraging this practice is an honor and is part of our essence because we were born from it. This journey nurtures Iná Yoga, and we wish to share with you what we most aspire to: well-being.
The Birth of Iná
Iná Yoga was born from the personal journey of Caína, the brand’s founder, in search of simpler, more comfortable pieces for her daily yoga practice. Whenever she looked for yoga wear, she found leggings and tops with excessive patterns, cutouts, seams, low waistlines, elastic bands, or mixed fabrics.
This experience sparked a desire to have—and create—pieces that would fit all body types comfortably while being simple and versatile. Each of our pieces is carefully designed and tested to achieve the perfect fit envisioned by Caína, always striving for improvement based on feedback from clients and friends.
From the touch of the fabric to the selection of suppliers, every detail of the production process was thoughtfully considered, prioritizing comfort and a perfect fit for women’s bodies. The goal? To eliminate the unnecessary and focus on what truly matters: ensuring well-being during practice and freedom of movement.
Timelessness and Sustainability
Timelessness, for us, means moving away from fleeting trends that change every season and instead creating classic pieces with beautiful design, comfort, and simplicity. Sustainability aligns with these principles, encouraging conscious consumption. That’s why we focus on producing high-quality, durable pieces, carefully selecting fabrics, yarns, and threads.
We use natural and sustainable fibers, including Lycra made with biodegradable yarn, which decomposes in up to three years when disposed of in a landfill, thus completing its cycle back to nature.
In addition to environmental responsibility, we prioritize economic and social responsibility. Our production is local and ethical, partnering with independent professionals to generate local income. Our products are proudly 100% made in Brazil
